1. The service

qpSport is a scheduling tool that connects clients with independent personal trainers. Trainers offer their own services and are solely responsible for the training they provide. qpSport does not employ trainers and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a trainer. These terms apply to the qpSport apps for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play); the same account works on both.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is password-free: with a passkey tied to your device or, where a passkey is not available, with your Apple ID (Sign in with Apple) on iPhone or your Google account (Continue with Google) on Android. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use qpSport.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) on either platform, or request deletion by email — see sport.qpcore.app/delete-account.html. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and its data. Deleting the account or the app does not cancel an active subscription — manage it in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play.

3. Bookings

Booked slots become unavailable to others. Cancel bookings you cannot attend in good time. Trainers may cancel sessions; affected clients are notified in the app.

4. qpSport Pro subscription (trainers)

• qpSport Pro unlocks trainer tools: personal schedule and slots, group sessions, client base with one-tap booking, and push alerts.
• Plans: Monthly or Yearly, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iPhone) or your Google Play account (Android), depending on where you subscribed. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• The subscription is tied to your qpSport account, so Pro works on both iPhone and Android. Manage it in the store where you bought it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules or by Google under Google Play rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no false bookings, impersonation, harassment, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or subscription checks.

6. Health disclaimer

Training involves physical activity. Consult a doctor before starting a programme. Information in the app is not medical advice.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Performance Core Ltd is not liable for the conduct of trainers or clients, for injuries during training, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Governing law: England and Wales.

qpSport — інструмент планування, що зʼєднує клієнтів із незалежними персональними тренерами. Тренери надають власні послуги і самостійно відповідають за проведені тренування. qpSport не наймає тренерів і не є стороною домовленостей між клієнтом і тренером. Ці умови стосуються застосунків qpSport для iPhone (App Store) та Android (Google Play); акаунт один на обох.

2. Акаунти

Вхід — без паролів: за passkey, привʼязаним до вашого пристрою, або, якщо passkey недоступний, через Apple ID (Sign in with Apple) на iPhone чи через Google-акаунт («Продовжити з Google») на Android. Ви відповідаєте за точність даних профілю та дії у своєму акаунті. Користуватися qpSport можна з 16 років.

Акаунт можна видалити будь-коли прямо в застосунку (Профіль → «Видалити акаунт») на будь-якій платформі або запросити видалення листом — див. sport.qpcore.app/delete-account.html. Видалення незворотне і прибирає акаунт та його дані. Видалення акаунта чи застосунку не скасовує активну підписку — керуйте нею в налаштуваннях Apple ID або в Google Play.

3. Бронювання

Заброньовані слоти стають недоступними для інших. Скасовуйте тренування, на які не можете прийти, завчасно. Тренер може скасувати заняття — клієнти отримають сповіщення в застосунку.

4. Підписка qpSport Pro (для тренерів)

• qpSport Pro відкриває інструменти тренера: особистий графік і слоти, групові заняття, базу учнів із записом одним дотиком та push-сповіщення.
• Тарифи: місячний або річний, з безкоштовним пробним періодом 3 дні для нових підписників. Ціни показуються в застосунку у вашій валюті до покупки.
• Оплата списується з Apple ID (iPhone) або з акаунта Google Play (Android) — залежно від того, де ви підписалися. Підписка поновлюється автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду.
• Керувати підпискою чи скасувати її можна будь-коли в налаштуваннях Apple ID або в Google Play → Платежі та підписки. Видалення застосунку або акаунта не скасовує підписку.
• Підписка привʼязана до вашого акаунта qpSport, тому Pro працює і на iPhone, і на Android. Керуйте нею в тому магазині, де купили.
• Повернення коштів здійснює Apple за правилами App Store або Google за правилами Google Play.

5. Правила користування

Заборонено зловживати сервісом: фейкові бронювання, видавання себе за іншу особу, домагання, автоматичний збір даних, спроби обійти захист або перевірку підписки.

6. Застереження щодо здоровʼя

Тренування — це фізичне навантаження. Перед початком програми порадьтеся з лікарем. Інформація в застосунку не є медичною порадою.

7. Відповідальність

Сервіс надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, Quality Performance Core Ltd не відповідає за дії тренерів чи клієнтів, за травми під час тренувань та за непрямі збитки. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує відповідальність, яку не можна обмежити за законом.

8. Припинення та зміни

Ми можемо призупинити акаунти, що порушують ці умови. Умови можуть оновлюватися; про суттєві зміни повідомимо в застосунку або на цій сторінці. Застосовне право: Англія та Уельс.
